I’m Shavonne Brown — Identity and Emotional Authority Strategist for leaders under pressure.

I didn’t start my career as a strategist or a coach. I started as an entry-level customer service rep in 2007 — responsible for myself, my livelihood, and doing the job right.

Doors opened because of who I was, not a title I chased. By 2012 I was a team lead. By 2017 a supervisor. By 2019 I was training and developing others, not because I campaigned for it, but because I kept being faithful to the level I was on.

In 2025 my role was eliminated. And for the first time I had to stop leading inside someone else’s structure and build my own.

That transition exposed everything — all the identity questions I’d never had to answer because the institution answered them for me. All the clarity I thought I had that turned out to be proximity to someone else’s clarity.

I’ve spent the time since building the foundation. Getting clear. Developing a methodology from the inside out.

I’m not coaching from a mountain. I’m coaching from the middle of my own evolution — which means the leaders I serve get someone who has actually lived what they’re navigating, not someone who studied it from a distance.

My 17-year corporate journey — from frontline operations through team leadership, supervision, and formal talent development — gave me something most coaches don’t have: I built my expertise from inside the environments I now help leaders navigate.

I designed and delivered training programs that achieved 90%+ certification scores and 98–100% QA audit results in high-volume, compliance-driven environments. I led an international training initiative for a Philippines cohort — training the entire frontline team across Credit, Debit, and Prepaid lines of business amid organizational restructuring. I developed leaders not because I was assigned to, but because I couldn’t help seeing what they couldn’t see in themselves yet.

That pattern — seeing what others carry before they have language for it — is the foundation of everything I do now.

To deepen the formal foundation of what I was already doing, I became a Certified Master Life Coach and Certified Train-the-Trainer. But the methodology that drives my work — The Ginger’s Love Method™ — wasn’t built in a classroom.

It was built across 17 years of leading myself and others. Across my own seasons of confusion, clarity, and becoming. Across every moment I had to figure out who I was when the structure around me shifted.

That’s the work I now bring to the leaders I serve.

If you’re a leader who has the capability and still feels something quietly misaligned — that’s not a performance problem. That’s an identity evolution problem.

And it has a solution.
