Hi, I’m Shavonne Brown, founder of Ginger’s Love LLC, leadership development consultant, facilitator, and coach.

Before any of those titles, I was simply someone deeply interested in people.

I’ve always wanted to understand what shapes us—our faith, relationships, experiences, communication, choices, pain, purpose, and the patterns we develop along the way. I ask questions, make connections, and naturally look beneath what happened to understand what may actually be going on.

That part of me didn’t come from corporate America.

Corporate America gave me another place to develop it.

I began my career at FIS in 2007 as a frontline Customer Service Representative in Chargeback Services. Over 17 years, I progressed into Team Lead, Supervisor, and Product Process Trainer II—learning how to serve, lead, coach, train, communicate, navigate change, and help people perform in complex, high-pressure environments.

As a trainer, I facilitated learning across employees, leaders, vendors, trainers, managers, and subject-matter experts, including serving as the primary trainer for an early Philippines chargeback team during a major outsourcing transition.

At the same time, another body of work was growing.

Ginger’s Love grew from my faith and my own journey of understanding love, identity, self-worth, relationships, purpose, and personal responsibility.

Its foundation has remained simple:

Meeting You Where You Are.

Because before we can decide where we’re going, we have to be honest enough to understand where we actually are.

When my corporate role was eliminated in February 2025, I didn’t suddenly have to figure out who I was.

I had to learn how to translate what I already carried beyond the organization where I had spent 17 years developing it.

Today, those worlds aren’t separate.

I bring together lived experience, corporate leadership, training and development, coaching, faith, and years of studying how people understand themselves and respond to the realities in front of them.

I’m a Certified Master Life Coach with additional professional development in train-the-trainer practices, and creator of The Ginger’s Love Method™.

Whether I’m working with an individual, developing leaders, facilitating a workshop, or helping someone put language around what they already carry, the thread is the same:

See clearly. Understand what you’re working with. Develop what needs development. And move with intention.

That is how I meet people where they are and help them move forward from there.
